We regularly ship Tuesday – Friday.
Give us at least 2 to 3 days to process orders before shipping, even though in many cases it is quicker it can’t always be counted on.
Please do not use expedited shipping options (e.g. Next Day Air) on days we do not ship to avoid any issues. Also keep in mind any orders received after 2p on regular ship days, won’t be processed until the next day. Lastly we are closed on regular holidays and usually the week between Christmas and New Year, and don’t ship on those days.
For international shipments please be advised that any light bases that are purchased would be in accordance with the United States voltage system and do not work with every country. Also please note that all duty and taxes imposed by individual countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Item(s) returned must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by original receipt issued by Satava Art Glass.
Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchase date and a refund (minus shipping costs) issued to the original buyer.
After 14 days, item(s) may be returned and a credit (minus shipping costs) issued in the form of a gift certificate. Gift Certificates are non-expiring and may be used toward future purchases.
These terms do not apply to items purchased directly at our studio, layaways, custom work, special orders or purchases where Bill of Sale is marked Final Sale.
We do have layaway available. A deposit amounting to one third of the purchase price is the required minimum to hold item(s) on layaway for up to four months. The deposit and all payments made on layaway are non-refundable.
A cancelled layaway or layaway items not paid for, in full, within four months will be returned to inventory. A store credit only, for the deposit and all payments made on layaway, will be given to the customer to be used on future purchases at our gallery or online store.
